Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking seasonal Merchandisers for Olympia, Lacey, Yelm, and Shelton in Washington. After delivery, you stock and rotate beverages, build displays, and ensure shelves are ready for sale. This role involves local driving and close collaboration with store personnel and the sales team.

You will provide friendly customer service, adhere to hours and labor regulations, and support the Distribution network in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores, build displays with POS as needed.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route (note: no transporting products in personal vehicle).
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and maintain relationships with store staff and Sales teams.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in/out per timekeeping app and follow state labor laws for breaks.
