Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement and inventory across multiple stores, collaborating with store teams to optimize displays.

You will support seasonal resets, installations, and inventory management while engaging with retailer staff and customers. The role involves weekend work and flexibility during holidays, with paid training provided and benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old and can read, write, and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld digital device to read documents and information.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays, including some actual holidays.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate cards, and refresh sections with two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: work with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
