Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser in Miami to maximize store inventory, support online orders, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will join the store team, report to management, and perform merchandising, front-end, and occasional sales duties as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally if delivery is an essential function.
