Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members in a seasonal role to maximize inventory, stock, and displays while assisting online orders and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support promotions and loyalty programs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and support digital orders including in-store and curbside pickup and delivery.
• Greet customers, provide exceptional service, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
