Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser in Lakewood, CO to maximize inventory, stock displays, and fulfill online orders while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes training on wine, spirits, and beer, maintaining promotions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. The position is seasonal and involves assisting with curbside pickup, deliveries if assigned, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and support digital orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders when required and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.
