Job summary

Total Wine & More in Denver is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders. You will assist with curbside pickup and deliveries and provide personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in retail, and familiarity with POS systems and inventory software. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
