Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize in-store product inventory and support online operations. You will greet customers, assist with curbside pickup and deliveries, and help maintain displays, pricing, and promotions across the store.

This seasonal role emphasizes accurate inventory handling and strong customer service in a busy liquor superstore environment. You will also participate in product training, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, and support safety standards

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Assist with online orders and support in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Deliver customer service by greeting shoppers and informing them about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and comply with laws related to alcohol sales.
• Perform cross-functional duties and load/deliver orders safely if required.
