Total Wine & More in California is seeking a Store Merchandiser to support inventory, online operations, and exceptional customer service. You may stock, build displays, fulfill orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

Greet customers, inform them about products, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to grow product knowledge. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
