Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members for a Seasonal role in Port Charlotte, FL. As a Merchandiser, you will maximize product inventory, process freight, build displays, and support online orders including curbside pickup and delivery.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training while upholding safety and alcohol-sale regulations. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of retail experience are preferred; must be 21+ and able to

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Load and deliver orders safely when assigned, including curbside pickup and delivery.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, displays, and promotions.
