Total Wine & More is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser in the Port Charlotte, FL area to support product inventory, assist with online orders, and deliver in-store and curbside pickup where needed. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management, with responsibilities spanning freight processing, display building, signage, and delivery duties if assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery (if assigned).
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies (if delivery is essential).
