Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members in Corte Madera, CA to maximize inventory, support online orders, and provide exceptional customer service. You may perform merchandising, front-end, and related duties while reporting to store management as a Seasonal team member.

Training and benefits as described below support career development. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, assist with promotions, and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.

Qualifications

• HS or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist with wine, spirits, and beer knowledge training.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all alcohol sale laws and policies.
• Assist with loading and delivering orders if needed.
