Silver Dollar City is seeking a Merchandise Team Member for Valley Woodcarvers in Branson, MO. This full-time seasonal role involves assisting guests, stocking merchandise, and operating the POS in a busy shop environment.

The position requires 16+ years of age, and work includes handling cash and credit transactions with PCI-compliant procedures. It runs mid-season through early January 2027 with attention to shop upkeep and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by answering questions, providing product information, and other related services.
• Stocks shelves, counters, and/or tables with merchandise.
• Operates Point of Sale register following cash handling and credit card procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with PCI standards.
• Picks up, removes and records amount of cash in register at beginning and end of shift.
• Wraps and/or bags merchandise for customers.
• Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
