Job summary

Silver Dollar City is seeking a Merchandise Inventory Control Specialist for a full-time, year-round role in Branson, MO. The position is on-site and requires submitting a resume.

You will maintain accurate inventory records and reporting systems for the Merchandise Division to ensure timely, accurate product information. Responsibilities include processing inventories, entering purchase orders, maintaining items, running reports, and assisting with period-end inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with inventory and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and reporting systems for accuracy.
• Accurately process production inventories and update costing forms.
• Prepare and enter purchase orders; receive orders shipping to the park.
• Set up and maintain inventory items; run reports and price tickets.
• Assist with period-end and year-end inventories for production and retail areas.
• Investigate shrink causes and help reduce expenses from shop transfers/mark-offs.
• Manage UPC assignments and purge obsolete records; maintain master files.
• Handle PCI-compliant processing of customer credit card information.
