Vail Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Retail Data Integrity team for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity for SKU creation and purchase orders to support the Retail Merchant Team.

The position involves maintaining SKU data, managing vendor information, and processing purchase orders under tight deadlines, with a hybrid work arrangement and potential remote options for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure SKU creation/maintenance and order writing tools for vendors and merchants.
• Source, organize, and maintain vendor product line information including UPCs and pricing.
• Enter and revise retail purchase orders accurately by deadlines.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with team to streamline workflows.
• Provide data issue resolution support to Distribution and Store operations.
