Powder Haven, located at Powder Mountain, seeks a Member Services Associate to deliver five-star hospitality to members and guests. You will support front desk operations, manage inquiries, and coordinate reservations and logistics for a seamless experience across the resort and PHPM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk host, delivering five-star customer service.
• Resolve member and guest questions and issues promptly.
• Communicate feedback to leadership and departments.
• Process lift ticket requests and waivers during winter season.
• Monitor and respond to emails, calls, texts, and chat promptly.
• Assist with reservations, transportation, and cancellations.
