You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement established nursing models and ensure exceptional patient experience. This seasonal role requires RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license/registration in good standing (Texas).
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift; promptly report changes.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care; manage adverse reactions.
• Provide timely responses to patient requests; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, side effects, and follow-up; ensure understanding.
