Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. in New Richmond, Wisconsin, is seeking Seasonal Maintenance workers from April to November for plant equipment maintenance and production support. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.

As a seasonal employee, you will perform preventative maintenance, assist with plumbing, hydraulics and electrical tasks, and learn various production processes. Safety is the top priority.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair, installation and modification of plant equipment and machinery
• Minor plumbing, hydraulics and electrical work
• Learn production jobs in various processing areas
• Exhibit a strong willingness to learn maintenance tasks throughout the facility as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout entire shift
• Follow all company regulations and policies with Employee Safety as #1 priority
• Report any Employee Safety, Food Safety and Production hazards or concerns immediately

Lakeside Foods is looking for Seasonal Maintenance workers from April to November 15th (estimated timeframe) who have a strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge, strong work ethic, multi-tasking skills, a willingness to learn and be able to work as a team player.

Job Tasks include:

• Perform general maintenance, repair, installation and modification of plant equipment and machinery
• Minor plumbing, hydraulics and electrical work
• Perform other duties in conjunction with maintenance, such as learning all production job in the various processing areas
• Exhibit a strong willingness to learn maintenance tasks throughout the facility as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
• Ability to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout entire shift.
• Follow all company regulations and policies as directed in Employee Orientation & Job Training, and complete all job tasks with Employee Safety as #1 priority at all times.
• Report any Employee Safety, Food Safety and Production hazards or concerns immediately to Leadsperson, Supervisor or Management.
