Job summary

Lakeside Foods, Inc is hiring Seasonal General Laborers in Plainview, MN. The positions involve following directions from lead staff, operating within a fast-paced environment, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Pay ranges from $13.29 to $15.29 per hour, with benefits including safety programs, migrant housing options, overtime pay, and 401(k) participation. Applicants must be able to perform all duties safely and in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction from leadpersons, supervisors and management (safety first).
• Proficiency to work at a steady pace and complete tasks during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, depal and filler operations, QA and ticket writers support.
• Adhere to all company safety rules and policies.
• Support production with accurate task execution and reporting.

Our General Labor employees need to have the ability to follow direction given by lead persons, supervisors, and management. They must be able to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout the entire shift. The employee must follow all company regulations and policies as directed in Employee Orientation & Job Training and complete all job tasks with Employee Safety as #1 Priority. All employees must report any Employee Safety, Food Safety, and Production hazards or concerns immediately to Leadsperson, Supervisor, or Management.

These positions would include: inspection, depal and filler operations, QA and ticket writers.

Pay Range

$13.29 - $15.29 per hour based on education and experience.
