Job summary

Lakeside Foods, Inc and our family of companies are seeking Seasonal General Laborers to join our production team. Open roles include Machine Operator, Forklift Operator, Quality Control / Production Inspection, Floor Clean‑up, and Ticket Writer. First and Second Shifts available.

Pay ranges from US$13.25 to US$18.00 per hour with overtime opportunities. We offer safety‑focused work, low‑cost housing options, and benefits such as a 401(k), employee assistance program, and safety incentive

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from lead persons, supervisors, and management.

Our General Labor employees need to have the ability to follow directions given by lead persons, supervisors, and management. They must be able to work at a proficient pace, be self‑directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout the entire shift. The employee must follow all company regulations and policies as directed in Employee Orientation & Job Training and complete all job tasks with Employee Safety as #1 Priority. All employees must report any Employee Safety, Food Safety, and Production hazards or concerns immediately to Leadsperson, Supervisor, or Management.
