Job summary

Northgate Gonzalez Market in Irvine is seeking a Seasonal Raw Protein Clerk to support the Raw Production Management team, fulfill daily production orders, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. This full-time role requires reliable attendance and the ability to operate pallet-wrapping machinery.

You will handle picking and staging, rotate product, communicate issues to management, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must operate pallet-wrapping machines.
• Solid attendance record.
• Food Handlers Certification and Meat Department Safety Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Raw Production team in daily production orders.
• Monitor compliance with food safety and sanitation.
• Fulfill picking, staging, and loading activities.
• Code date and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain documentation and complete checklists.
• Operate forklift safely and follow PPE and GMP rules.
• Communicate temperature irregularities to management.
