Job summary

Sports Endeavors, LLC is seeking a Materials Prep Trainer for the Seasonal period to lead training across our Material Prep area. You will coach new hires, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and patience with repetitive tasks. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with rotating schedules and long weekends off during peak season; English proficiency and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training and onboarding in a production/warehouse setting.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to new hires.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and onboarding of new hires in the material prep area.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback on performance.
• Document and train standard operating procedures in core areas.
• Train on job-specific responsibilities related to material prep.
• Support peak staffing seasons with other tasks as needed.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and professional presentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety requirements.
