Position Overview: As a Seasonal Material Handler, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, replenishment, transfers, clean-up, providing excellent customer service, and assisting team members with daily tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Processing incoming orders from suppliers.
• Meeting deadlines for routine procedures and deliveries.
• Handling shipping/receiving activities, including UPS, freight, store transfers, and LTL shipments.
• Ensuring accurate pick/pack and transfer orders.
• Checking in corporate orders upon receipt.
• Maintaining accurate inventory locations.
• Keeping materials in good condition during handling, shipping, and storage.
• Performing daily cycle counts accurately.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
• Processing paperwork promptly for invoicing.
• Operating material handling equipment safely.
• Assisting with vehicle maintenance and delivery tasks.
• Following delivery schedules for local routes.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Forklift certification, experience with RF scanners and inventory management.
• Preferred: Experience in warehouse or distribution, especially in HVAC or related fields.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
