Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Comfortable working near water and in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction, maintenance, and dismantling of docks, piers, and marine structures.
• Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools, maintain and store tools properly.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on small boats and assist in barge operations.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and flotation devices as required.
• Setup and remove scaffolding and temporary structures at job sites.
• Clean and prepare sites, remove debris from barges and waterways.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, on land or water.
