Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I in Oceanside, CA. You will support guest comfort by performing general maintenance and repairs across units and buildings, ensuring everything operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, plus landscape upkeep and reporting system deficiencies. A professional, team-oriented approach is essential as you contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace fixtures: doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscaping and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety programs.
