Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I in Myrtle Beach, SC to keep guest units and buildings in top condition.

You’ll perform general facility maintenance under supervision, handle routine repairs, painting, appliance repair, minor electrical and carpentry, and assist with make-ready units. Responsibilities include maintaining outdoor areas, inspecting building systems, reporting deficiencies, and adhering to safety programs.
