Qualifications

• Assesses job requirements and safety practices.
• Interprets instructions, specifications, and blueprints as needed.
• Maintains and uses a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Understands material properties and applications for projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to at least 3 employees on maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety procedures and work quality meet standards.
