Job summary

Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. in Sedalia, MO is hiring Seasonal Machine Operators to join our bindery and fulfillment teams on the 2nd shift. You will set up, load, maintain, and operate production machines to meet quality and production standards.

This role requires standing 8–12 hours on concrete, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accurate data entry and paperwork. Training is provided on the first shift, with potential for full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing and/or machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, maintain and operate machines to meet quality and production standards.
• Manage materials, inspect quality and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately.
