No high school diploma or GED is required. The position offers a pay range of $15.50–$17 per hour with a pay increase after 30 days and a temp-to-hire path to permanent placement, with weekly pay and broader team support.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with consistent attendance.
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to product quality and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (50 lbs as needed).
• No diploma required; prior machine-operation experience helpful.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Remove completed products from production equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report visible product defects.
• Prepare completed products for packaging.
• Keep materials and finished products moving through the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
