Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle seeks a Part Time Seasonal Host for The George Restaurant. You’ll be the first contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience during a seasonal period ending January 1, 2027.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth service. Must have strong communication, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years high volume restaurant serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Manage reservations and record guest details accurately.
• Seat guests promptly while accommodating special requests and preferences.
• Communicate wait times, menu information, and promotions to guests.
• Maintain a clean host station and keep promotional materials up to date.

• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with coordinating private dining events and special occasions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
