• 2+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Prior experience using POS system.
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results.
• Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional.
• Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement.

Aufgaben

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Perform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates.
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all sales related policies and procedures.
• Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency.
• Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
• Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed.
