Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a brand ambassador to represent Jimmy Choo, delivering knowledgeable, attentive service in-store and virtually. You will support sales targets, nurture client relationships, and help manage store operations, inventory, and visual standards.

The role emphasizes building client connections through follow-ups and shipping, meeting sales goals, and maintaining high standards across merchandising and policies. Training in product terminology will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, attentive client service.
• Ability to perform sales, cash-wrap, inventory, and store opening/closing duties.
• Knowledge of Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories, or the ability to learn product terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selection and try-ons, maintain product knowledge, and deliver high service standards.
• Build client relationships through follow-up, thank-you letters, and merchandise shipping.
• Meet sales targets, manage the client book, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Perform key-holder duties, cash handling, register transactions, inventory tasks, and shipping and receiving.
• Maintain visual and merchandise standards and follow company policies and procedures.
