You will be a brand ambassador, delivering memorable experiences while supporting sales, wrapping, engraving, and store operations. Candidates should have luxury retail or client-service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and client service focus.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Clients warmly and ensure a memorable Tiffany brand experience.
• Support with engraving or gift wrapping as applicable.
• Assist with inventory and store operations to keep areas neat and stocked.
• Manage floor waiting lists and assist sales teams at POS.
• Help maintain hospitality areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate any service issues to management promptly.
