Saks Fifth Avenue Llc in New York, NY is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join the selling team during the holiday season. You will help enhance the client experience, greet customers, and support a variety of store operations with a high level of service.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn across departments and leverage enhancements like alterations and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and departments, directing to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Escalate and connect customers with management when required.
• Follow-up on customer requests, questions and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and Managers on duty.
• Assist with Fitting Room experiences as needed.
• Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience with services like Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, or delivery.
