Job summary

Montblanc Dallas is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive boutique sales. You will develop a clientele, maintain product knowledge, and represent our luxury brand with professionalism on the sales floor.

The role requires standing most of the day, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and a passion for luxury goods. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred; experience in jewelry or high-end luxury sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is helpful.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and expand boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
