Job summary

You will work weekends/holidays and must have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in women’s upper contemporary or luxury designer brands.
• Can-do attitude with commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work during peak business periods—weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS and inventory management systems; proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine needs and build relationships with clients.
• Maintain an updated client book and drive sales through consignments and designer partnerships.
• Process all point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Manage store operations: displays, stock transfers, and receiving new merchandise.
• Encourage sign-ups for Jenni Kayne Rewards and social media engagement.
• Provide daily business recaps and share feedback with management.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets.
