Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Seasonal Team Members in Hawaii to embody the Tiffany brand in Client interactions during the holiday season. You will greet Clients, support the store with hospitality and assist with services such as engraving and POS duties.

Ideal candidates are experienced in luxury retail, can work nights, weekends and holidays, and communicate effectively. This role supports store operations and inventory tasks while delivering memorable client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or client-related service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
• Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when needed and keep POS areas organized.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, tidy and clean.
• Communicate any service issues to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishment and POS duties.
• Support operations with policies, procedures and after-sales servicing.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
