Job summary

Ring Concierge is seeking a passionate Seasonal Assistant Store Manager for our Los Angeles boutique at Century City. You will lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships, guiding your team to deliver elevated in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s prestige.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement initiatives that boost performance, oversee inventory, merchandising, and shipments, and support events and activations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven leadership in retail or guest-focused roles with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience as a store leader or supervisor with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
