Ring Concierge is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for our Los Angeles boutique to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will engage clients, educate them on product knowledge, and guide the shopping journey from engagement to checkout, while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming store environment.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll support peak season events, promotions, and teamwork, ensuring reliability, flexibility, and high energy on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support seasonal priorities.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
