Job summary

Hermès Denver Boutique seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide clerical and front-of-house support in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will greet clients, assist with beverage service, and help maintain stocked, organized selling floors while supporting the sales team.

This role begins in November and runs through December 31st, with responsibilities for assisting both front and back-of-house operations and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and escort to appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to kids.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hang merchandise, return merchandise to floor, retrieve stock, and prep stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to keep items stocked and standards maintained.
