• In the Concierge Lounge, welcome guests, handle check-ins, and register visitors efficiently.
• Offer complimentary beverages and manage coat check services with attentiveness and discretion.
• Maintain an organized, inviting lounge reflecting luxury standards.
• Collaborate with sales associates and management to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey.
• Flexibly manage your schedule to accommodate peak store hours, events, and VIP appointments.
