Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience (hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and client service orientation.
• Capacity to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the position's country.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Improve the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to personalize engagements and support sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Accurately lead floor waiting list if applicable.
• Keep the hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Escalate service issues to management as needed.
• Assist sales with boxing/wrapping, replenish POS and gifting supplies, maintain neat POS stations and sales floor.
• Support operations with policies, procedures and after-sales servicing for optimal store operation.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
