Job summary

The Hermès Short Hills Boutique in New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury boutique. The role includes greeting clients, assisting with beverage service, stocking supplies, organizing the floor, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and determine client needs, escort to appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services to clients, such as coloring books for kids.
• Assist sales team with selling process, hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock and prepare stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and stock levels.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
