Job summary

Hermès Manhasset Boutique is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to assist front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury setting. The role begins in November and runs through December 30th, reporting to store management and collaborating with the sales and support teams.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with beverage service, stocking supplies, and aiding the sales process while maintaining impeccable merchandising and client experience

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on the main floor, determine client needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to kids.
• Assist the sales team with selling processes, including hanging and returning merchandise, stocking stock, and preparing stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and available supplies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
