Job summary

Hermès Seattle Boutique is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide clerical and front/back of house support in a luxury retail setting. The role runs from November through December 31st and reports to the Operations Manager, working closely with sales and selling support teams to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service orientation are essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tasks.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs and work on-site.
• Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on the main floor and determine their needs.
• Escort clients to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service in line with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services such as activities for children.
• Assist sales team with merchandise handling and stock organization.
• Maintain selling floor standards and ensure items are stocked and visually appealing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
