Hermès Troy Boutique is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to assist front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will greet clients, support beverage service, and help maintain pristine selling floors and stock areas.

You will work closely with the sales team, manage stocking tasks, and provide hospitable services to guests, including child-friendly engagement.

Qualificações

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment and maintain high standards.

Responsabilidades

Greet all clients on the main floor, assess needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards; ensure beverage supplies are stocked.
Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to kids.
Assist the sales team with the selling process: hang merchandise, return items to floor, retrieve stock, and prep stock room.
Organize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort; keep bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery stocked and merchandise tidy.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
