Job summary

Cozy Earth is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates to join our Newport Beach storefront during the busy holiday season. As a brand ambassador, you will welcome customers, answer product questions, and assist with purchases of our luxury bedding, sleepwear, loungewear, and bath lines.

You will work with the Store Manager and team to maintain an inviting store environment, support inventory tasks, and help with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• A passion for home luxury products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and inviting demeanor, assist them with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product selection to checkout.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Cozy Earth's product offerings, including features and care instructions.
• Help maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment by following merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking shelves, tagging merchandise, and performing counts.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Managers to create a positive team environment.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve the in-store experience.
• Other duties as assigned
