Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and most holidays.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (criminal and credit history).
• Previous Loss Prevention or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe, witness, stop, and detain offenders in shoplifting, counterfeiting, and ticket scalping incidents.
• Assist Security in processing individuals attempting to enter the park illegally.
• Conduct investigations on malfeasance concerning Six Flags Over Texas and employees.
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communication to offenders, parents, LP Management and Local Law Enforcement.
• Organize paperwork and data entry; interface with park employees and management.
• Interact with guests and employees in stressful situations while maintaining composure.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement for arrests and provide documentation for prosecution.
• Testify in court as needed.
