Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Services Locker Attendant to serve as the first contact for day and seasonal locker services. You will answer calls, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate information delivery to guests in person, by phone, or by email.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and guest services skills required.
• Diplomatic attitude in dealing with others, especially in stressful situations requiring conflict resolution.
• Ability to speak effectively to both individuals and groups.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming Resort phone calls, guest-facing website updates, and email inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
• Assist guests with locker rental kiosks and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain locker service desk operations and communicate with guests and supervisor.
