Job summary

Idahoan Foods, LLC is seeking seasonal line workers to support harvest operations at RD Offutt Farms. The role includes grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and performing assigned duties on the line to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities emphasis teamwork, safety, and willingness to work outdoors. Training is provided; discretionary bonus offered. Candidates must have reliable transportation and ability to work overtime during harvest season.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position with or without accommodation.
• Walk on uneven ground at the farm locations.
• Must be able to work overtime during harvest season.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Remove foreign material and non-standard product from processing equipment as directed
• Work the conveyor line ensuring potatoes are graded to various standards and sorted
• Follow tasks and directions given by crew leader
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members
• Assist in the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate condition
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D. Offutt Farms
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner

The primaryresponsibility of R.D. Offutt Farms Seasonal Line Worker is to contribute to the farm labor and operations during harvest. Duties may involve grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned.

$15 - $18 / hour

Job Duties:
