Job summary

Winter Park Resort is hiring line cooks for the summer season in Winter Park, CO. Positions range from Cook 1 to Cook 4 across grill, fryer, sauté, and expo stations. You will follow recipes, work with a team, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced mountain kitchen.

Base pay is $19–$23 per hour, with benefits noted in the posting. Applicants must be at least 16 for Cook 1 and meet physical requirements; prior prep or banquet experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training or complete within 14 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various foods under supervision for restaurant and banquets.
• Assist in maintaining quality and production at a high pace.
• Organize station and support Sous Chef and Chef with deliveries and inventory.
